柑橘转基因胚性愈伤组织的筛选与再生

To screen the transformants rapidly and efficiently and to obtain putative homozygous transgenie plants in a short time as soon as possible，the Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated transformarion of embryogenic calli from Ponkan(Citrus reticulata Blanco)，Bingtang sweet orange(C sinensis Osbeck)and Murcott(c．reticulata×C sinensis)were conducted．The sensitivities of embryogenic calli and embryos to kanamycin were different．The growth of resistant tissues at different developmental stages was influenced by kanamycin．A scheme of five-step screening and regeneration of transformants was proposed．A large number of regenerated cell lines were obtained and checked by GUS assay．
