Agrobaeterium tumefacies containing antibacterial peptides (AP一D，122bp) was used to infeet the explant of Hongjiangeheng. Some AP一D transformation seedlings of Hongjiangeheng were resistant to Km. The nopaline detaetion，Dot blot and Southern blothybridization showde that AP一D had been integrated into Hongjiangeheng seedlings.
