柑橘不同品种对根癌农杆菌介导遗传转化的反应差异

In this study,15 kinds of calluses from different citrus varieties were transformed following the developed system.The result showed that12 kinds of varieties'calluses among 15 could receive a certain number of resistant calluses, and 3 varieties' could not obtain any resistant calluses.Transgenic plants of 4 kinds of cultivars were first reported in this papersuch as Guoqing No.1,Hong Kong Kum quat,Minneola tangelo and NewhallNavel.The difference oftransform ation efficiency is significantam ong som e varieties based on Duncan’smultipletest.
