根癌农杆菌介导绿色荧光蛋白基因转化印度酸桔的研究

The callus of Cleopatra(Citrus reticulata), a citrus rootstock culfivar, was transformed by the strain of Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA105 carrying gfp gene. The callus of Cleopatra (Citrus reticulata) was cultivation with A. tumefaciens and selected with hygromycin, as led to the regeneration of resistant embryogenic callus and later to plandets. The plants were verified GFP-transgenic plants by GUS analysis，GFP-fluorescent detection, PCR amplification and Southern hybridization.
